Restorative Revival Tour

We start you on a journey of the Cape through mindful yoga practice with our very talented yoga teacher who loves to share her practice in the open fresh Cape Town air.

Collection from your hotel is nice and early and we make our way down the winding steps to Clifton 4th beach. With Sugar white sand perfectly sheltered by huge boulders set against the backdrop of Table Mountain we settle you into an hour-long yoga session in the most peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful setting.

After your private yoga class, you are sure to be revived and energised to explore and experience the Cape for the remainder of the day. If you are feeling spontaneous and brave, a quick dip in the icy crisp cool waters is definitely a must.

We continue along Victoria Road hugging the cliffs of the 12 Apostles Mountain range overlooking the turquoise blue seas. Some might not know but each peak has their own name!

We make our way to Cape Town’s hidden gem, Tintswalo Atlantic for a private lunch. An award-winning boutique lodge nestled at the base of the ocean-facing Table Mountain National Park. Perched on a pebble beach with panoramic views of the picturesque Hout Bay harbour, the Sentinel mountain peak and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. The lodge restaurant leads out onto an expansive wooden deck and enjoys sublime ocean views and fresh sea air.

After a beautiful lunch we continue along Chapmans peak drive to the laid-back coastal suburb of Noordhoek. Famed for its long white sandy beach we take the reins and explore on horseback. If we are lucky, we may even see dolphins playing in the waves with the occasional sighting of whales.

The day is concluded with a visit to award winning Cape Point Vineyards. Uniquely located in the Cape Point Peninsula where their close proximity to the ocean and ancient soils of Table Mountain Range not only provide a phenomenal setting but also a terroir ideal for the production of world class Sauvignon Blanc.
